Appearance: Roselle is classy. She always wears designer clothing but she
doesn't look 'rich'. She has long brown hair with dark brown eyes. Sophisticated
and sexy would be good description words for her.
Personality: Roselle is 'for the people' alot. She fights for the regular
people alot and finds it hard to be mean. However, she has a way of making one
feel like they don't know anything. Byt taking their statements apart, but not
to make them feel stupid, but to allow them to see how incorrect the statement
is and to make it better. But she can't help but feel an animosity towards
fellow council member Audley, a member of her rival family, the deHavillands.
History: Roselle never has time for romance. She's always advocating
something for the people of the island. She's a lawyer and her strong sense of
right and wrong places her on this council. She is wise and realizes that she
does not, and cannot, know everything. She is an only child, both parents
deceased.
Familiar: A fluffy calico ragdoll cat named Bree. She saw the cat in a
pet store some years ago and had to buy it no matter what the cost.
Placement of Witch Birthmark: Right side of her neck, usually covered by
her hair.
